Meet Our Coffee

As of today we have four unique roasts available! Three of these selections are what’s classified as Single-Origin, and the fourth is a specialty cold brew blend! Let us introduce them to you!

We choose to label our coffee based on some of the wild places we’ve personally visited in order to inform and inspire you to visit them too!

We’ll go coffee by coffee…

Rocky Mountain is the first of our three single-origin roasts! This coffee originates from the Piura, Amazonas, Cajamarca, and San Martin regions of Peru! They are harvested between April and September and are grown at an altitude between 1100 and 1700 meters!

Sourced by Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Múltiples Norandino, an organization established in 2005 to support a sustainable coffee supply from three farmers in the northern regions of Peru (Cepicafé., Cenfrocafé., and Sol y Café). Norandino provides training and assistance in best practices for land management, irrigation, organic farming, quality control, and reforestation. They also work to improve the quality of life for the farmers and their families through promoting commercial diversification.

With tasting notes of salted caramel, silky sweet chocolate, and citrus, this roast perfectly compliments a breakfast that’s more “sweet than savory.” Try it with a stack of pancakes drizzled with caramel syrup or a delicious fruit scone by the morning campfire!

Grand Canyon is our next single-origin roast. Sourced from the coffee regions of Chiapas and Oaxaca, Mexico, these beans are grown at an altitude of between 900 – 1000 meters above sea level and are grown in a soil rich with clay minerals. They are harvested between October – March.

Once harvested, these beans are fully washed and dried both in the sun and with guardiolas (mechanical driers). These beans are all classified as arabica and include varieties such as the typica, bourbon, and mundo novo!

Yosemite is the third and final of our three single-origin roasts! This coffee originates from the Sipi, Kapchorwa District in Uganda and are harvested between September and February. They are typically grown at an altitude between 1500 and 2500 meters and grown in volcanic loam soil!

These beans are grown by the Sipi Falls Coffee Project farm located in the Bugisu region on the slopes of Mount Elgon in Uganda. This region is named after the Bugisu people indigenous to the area. The coffee project was established in 1999 to strengthen the quality of coffee production in the region and create a sustainable income for the farmers!

A perfect refreshing alternative for those sweltering summer days when hot coffee just won’t cut it! Glacier Bay is our specialty cold brew / nitro coffee and currently our only blend! These beans are carefully sourced and selected from several different origins, but always provide a consistent cup up to the high-quality standards and notes that cold brew is known for!
